The Grossest Thanksgiving Ever!

I hope you are all having a very nice Thanksgiving today!  I hope your meal somewhat resembled the one in the picture.  I know mine didn’t! hahaha I wish I could say that mine was going well, but it sure isn’t!!

My youngest son has been on and off sick for the past week or so… We thought he was better since he hadn’t thrown up in over 24 hours and left him (and the other 2) with my mom to go out to dinner on a date earlier this week.  To my surprise, he threw up again late, late that night.  GREAT!  Then, he went another 36 hours without throwing up, so I took everyone to a playdate yesterday… Well wouldn’t you know, he had to go on and puke again last night!  Darn it!!!
SO now my mom is sick, Ross is feeling sick, I was up till 3am with Heath being sick and didn’t wake up until about 1:30pm today because *I* felt sick.  DH thought we needed to get some kind of carryout or something for one of our meals today, so I said fine but made him go get it while I stayed home with the baby.

Before they left, my middle kid told me he wanted a hot dog, corn, and pumpkin bread for dinner, so while they were gone, I got started on the bread.  They got home while I was still whipping it up and the whole family (minus the sick baby and myself) ate while I finished up.  Once everything was in the oven and cleaned up, I sat down to eat my VERY gourmet chicken nugget (I hadn’t eaten anything all day) and took a tiny bite, the baby threw up alllll over my lap and shirt.  *sigh*

It can only go up from here… RIGHT?! (Please just say, “Right!” and don’t bring up the fact that it could totally get worse… I’m ignoring that, thanks. haha)

Annnnyway, have a wonderful Thanksgiving!  Count your blessings (I have too many and can’t count that high!) and I’ll be back on here again soon with some more RAQ. 🙂
