BAD MOMS Will Make You LAUGH Like a Mother!

BAD MOMS is a hilarious story that is almost too true-to-life at certain points! It stars Mila Kunis, Kristen Bell, Kathryn Hahn, Annie Mumolo, Jay Hernandez, Jada Pinkett Smith and Christina Applegate. The movie officially opened in theaters on July 29th.

BAD MOMS Screening

I was invited to a special screening of the movie the week before, and had a total blast.  They really made it out as a mom’s night out, complete with giveaways and free ice cream sundaes after the film.  How did they know I needed some chocolate?!

BAD MOMS is very funny. It is brought to you by the same folks that did The Hangover, so that is a little bit of a tip as to how the movie is going to be.  It’s a bit raunchy.  It has a TON of F-bombs.  There is a lot of inappropriate behavior.  There’s a ton of sexual innuendo.  There are lots of adults drinking LOTS of alcohol.

Really, though, there’s also a LOT of REAL stuff hidden in there.  It really conveyed a lot of feelings that moms have like not being good enough, not being smart enough, not having it all together.  It’s about the little guy rising up and standing up for what is right and true and even practical.

BAD MOMS portrayed all sorts of moms, but of course I believe most of us will identify with the character of Mila Kunis or Kristen Bell the most.

Mila plays Amy Mitchell, a mom who seems to have it all together.  Then her marriage starts to unravel, she decides she can’t possibly put up with anymore BS from the PTA, and she just wants a stinkin’ BREAK from being a GOOD MOM!

Kristen Bell plays the stay at home mom named Kiki with 4 young children.  Her character cracked me up because she stayed so sheltered until she met some new moms friends and really worked through figuring things out for herself.

If you’re into VERY RATED R comedies and can’t wait to watch one geared towards the mamas in the world, be sure to check out BAD MOMS.  Take a friend or two for sure!
