It’s no surprise that you’ll find a LOT of egg recipes here, but I hope you’ll see that there are so many ways to jazz them up to make them exciting. I’ve found that a lot of these recipes also freeze well in individual-sized portions, so you could easily make a recipe or two at the beginning of the week and have breakfast ready for yourself within just a few minutes each morning.

Small Town Woman has a slew of great breakfast recipes! Be sure to check them out. They aren’t really labelled as low-carb, but I have found that they are easy to tweak just a bit to make them perfect for this way of eating.
As with other recipes, you may have to omit or replace certain ingredients (like omitting potatoes or replacing regular milk with heavy whipping cream). That’s the beauty of low carb, you should be able to make most of your favorite recipes low carb with just a few tweaks!

Low Carb Breakfast Casserole With Sausage & Cheese (Gluten-Free) It really goes to show that by doctoring them up a little bit, regular ingredients can turn into something spectacular!
